Andy L. Turner

Andy L. Turner, previously a partner at the Laser Law Firm starting as an associate in 1998 after having practiced in Newport, Arkansas, with the law firm of Thaxton, Hout and Howard, where his practice was primarily in commercial litigation. Andy was admitted to the bar in 1997 after receiving his juris doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law, University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He received a bachelor of science in political science from the University of Central Arkansas in 1994.

Mr. Turner is currently a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations. Andy is also a member of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel and holds a position on the Arkansas Bar Association Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. His concentration of law is insurance defense, personal injury defense, products liability defense, commercial law, and fire loss defense. He frequently speaks before various entities on insurance related issues.

He has a "BV" rating with the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Arkansas. Andy is also a Fellow of the Arkansas Bar Foundation. The Foundation awards approximately 40 scholarships annually to students at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and UALR Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, in addition to funding special law-related projects such as the statewide Mock Trial Competition.

Andy was born in Searcy, Arkansas, in 1971 and raised in Augusta, Arkansas.

Ben Hall

Ben Hall started his law profession as an associate at the Laser Law Firm. Ben graduated with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2010. He also completed his undergraduate studies at UALR where he received a bachelor of arts in English in 2007 and was a member of the William G. Cooper, Jr. Honors Program.

Before returning home to complete his education, Ben served five years in the United States Navy. As an Aviation Electrician’s Mate, he was a member of the HSL-37 Easyriders and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Before being honorably discharged in 2004, Ben was designated an Aviation Warfare Specialist and received two Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medals. Ben is a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations and is licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas, and the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
